Plein air painting in June 2026, sunrise in Mont-Saint-Pierre. Oil on canvas, canvas mounted on cardboard, framed. I woke up early at 4:20 a.m. and saw the sun rise over the bay. I rushed to get my phone to capture the view, and then began painting. I finished this piece in my studio when I returned from my trip.
